The Civil Society Election Monitoring Observatory convenes a press conference to evaluate presidential poll 2005

The Civil Society Election Monitoring Observatory invites you to attend its conference at the Egyptian organization for Human Rights (EOHR), on Tuesday (13/9/2005), at 12 am. In which, the members of the Coalition will declare the first report of monitoring 2005 presidential poll.
The report determines monitoring results held by Coalition's supervisors who are approximately 2500 supervisors in 22 governorates, evaluating the whole political and legislative ambience of the poll, media coverage for the poll's campaign and violations happened both inside and outside polling stations, finally, the report ends with Coalition's recommendations for the President, Shura Council and People's Assembly elections.
Worth mentioning that on March 2005, twenty-two human rights associations formed the so-called 'Civil Society Election Monitoring Observatory' for monitoring presidential and parliamentary poll.
Coalition's consultation institution also joins many public characters, constitutional law lecturers, independent academics and most respectable activists. In addition, EOHR is responsible for coordinating the Coalition.
