EOHR convenes a training session around Parliamentary Elections monitoring in Alexandria

The Egyptian Organization for Human Rights (EOHR) started its primary training session around the upcoming Parliamentary Elections supervision, via the co-operation of Defense Commission for Opinion Detainees and Human Right (Alexandria); EOHR's Secretary-General, Hafez Abu Seada declared.
In addition, Abu Seada declared also that Defense Commission invited EOHR to convene a training session around the upcoming elections monitoring for one-hundred committee participant. The session will be held for two days, the scheduled program will define the criteria of elections' supervision; including its purpose and legality, supervisor's role in monitoring voters' registration and voters' awareness process, and also his role in monitoring poll stations ambience, counting vote's process and the results.
Moreover, the program gives instructions around monitoring skills, meeting people and gathering information around torture victims and violence against women.
The supervisor is obliged also to monitor electoral campaigns, peaceful assemblies, freedom of opinion and expression violations and electoral forgery.
